After selecting your preferred apartment home, you can complete your application online by clicking the “Apply Now” option. You’ll submit an application fee, holding deposit, and required documentation. Applications are reviewed based on income, credit, and rental history.

Most applications are processed within 1–3 business days once all required documentation has been received.
